The machine rather becomes an independent entity that is able to collect and analyze data, and advise upon it. This becomes possible by introducing self-optimization, self-cognition, and self-customization into the working platform. The manufacturers will be able to communicate with the machines rather than operate them.

With the adoption of ERP at TQC, it helps to integrate planning, purchasing, inventory, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and any other processes that a company needs to run under a single system.
ERP application also allows different departments to communicate and share information more easily within the company. It collects information on the activity and state of different divisions, allowing information to be available to others , where it can be used productively.
