TQC Precision Engineering was established in 2005 with our core business activity in Strategic Commodity & Supply Chain Management for the engineering and technology industries. Over the years, the company has evolved and channelled our focus into the precision machining of metallic parts, high performance engineering plastic, ceramic and other exotic materials used in the Semiconductor, Medical, Sensors and Optical Industries.
In order to have a competitive edge over our fellow competitors, TQC also offer our customers with an integrated suite of total manufacturing solution. The company provides contract manufacturing services in the form of Mechanical & Electrical Design services; modular and sub-modular assembly; system assembly and integration up to full turnkey projects. Committed to having the highest product quality and service excellence to the global manufacturing outsourcing market, TQC continuously strives for total customer satisfaction.
TQC achieved ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems certification in Year 2006 and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001:2015) in Year 2009. With our drive towards the precision machining and fabrication of medical device products and equipment, we have also successfully attained ISO 13485:2016 qualification in July 2019, which is a pre-requisite to meet the stringent standard for the Medical industry. In addition, to ensure a high level of occupational health and safety in our working environment, TQC has also achieved ISO 45001:2018 standards since Year 2009.
In Year 2020, TQC was also awarded the Business Excellence (BE) Certification by Singapore Enterprise for achieving the Singapore Quality Class (SQC) certification. This certification recognizes the company for its robust standards of management practices in achieving organizational excellence.
